They are found in the Fremennik Slayer Dungeon and Jormungand's Prison, the latter of which can only be accessed after completion of The Fremennik Exiles. So this thursday Fremennik Exiles gets released together with the new Basilisk Knights which drops the add-on for the Helm of Neitiznot, which will be heavily camped the first days. 9 comments. They are now 60 kills/hr on task. Same goes for Sealdor of course.
