I’ve got my own studio, just a converted garage in my house. But I could see that he’d upped his game a bit but he came over a little bit non-musician to me. I used a similar word on ‘Balletic Transcend’ in 2013 which was ‘dip’.
It just seemed to sum up the feeling I had while I was making that, it just seemed to pop in my head. Hi Billy. That could very well be an influence from writing with Ultravox. And in fact that’s why I used the word ‘doppel’ which means double in German. I don’t write songs myself, but I’ve always been interested in words and how they fit with the music. The ARP had a lighter keyboard action which I preferred.Prophet T8. A Minimoog that had to have the panel upright did not look cool for me but it had to be up to play it properly though. Ultravox is a British Post-Punk/New Wave band, known primarily for their 80's hits such as "Vienna" and "Dancing With Tears in My Eyes". It took about a year. I do like words. Just something light and funny and cute for a change. A lot of them can only make money from playing live and that’s affected people quite a bit.
