I'm not talking about your pleasant morning stroll through the park walking your dog light rain, these were pellet hard bullets being swept through by 20 mph winds!That being said, what an awesome experience! They give you a ticket, write your start time when you get in the water, your time ends when you get back to the dock, and they prorate to the closest 15 minute increment.
