After the installation it stated that I can edit settings for my mouse or keyboard by clicking the setpoint tile in the start menu. I think the newer releases after that left that mouse out for some reason. I don’t expect Logitech will start taking an interest now.

Now MS detects the reciver and automaticly installs it. What is wrong with the developers ? But I use both a right- and left-hand mouse. Didn’t have the change settings option, but I uninstalled the duplicate devices (both keyboards) and just re-paired the keyboard, and it’s working as expected now.
