The Schneider House at 532 Magazine Avenue is a single-family dwelling with two accessory structures located on the back of the property. Marvin’s widow, Gertrude Leop Koepp, continued to live there until her death in 2000 when the Koepp heirs sold it to Jennifer Cuppetilli.
