Granted, the search for all of these armor pieces might be a tad frustrating at times.Fortunately, the $20 is worth it already just for the addition of Master Mode. The other two chests provide useful in-game items for Link's adventure.Extend your unforgettable adventure in Hyrule with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Expansion Pass. I think the pass is worth a purchase but it feels a bit half-assed and stingy for such an important game. You can't upgrade them, and their abilities are very tame. If you play through the entirety of Master Mode, you probably earned more than 10 hours’ worth out of the purchase anyway. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Expansion Pass can be downloaded only in regions where Nintendo eShop is available. What this forces you to do is rethink (once again) how to approach enemies and combat in particular. On its face, this is a pretty simple addition: enemies are scaled up, but Link is not. The stuff you have to do to get to the dungeon feels like busywork though.Oh, nice!! For the Nintendo Switch version, 2.4 GB of storage is required to download and play both packs. The Expansion Pass will be available for both the Nintendo Switch and Wii U versions of the game. I'm gonna spoil some of the content below while giving my opinion on it:Instead of making the same 1/4 posts that appears on here every day why don't you just find the exact same post from some not so distant time in the past.Since I only completed 23% of the game, I know that the expansions will add A LOT of hours for me, but what I'm asking is, was the quality of the content that was added good? Wait 1 month and play through master mode when the story dlc is out, that would be the best experience imo.But the Majora mask is more than worth it for simply avoiding annoying battles at times when you just want to explore.I was thinking of buying it I just brought BotwI finished the game without the expansion and had a pretty good 2 month slump where I didn't play it at all. They are cool ideas and can lead to some nice screenshot opportunities if you're a shutterbug, but i found they mainly cluttered my inventory. Did you feel it was incomplete or not?Wow, what an a hole, I'm 16 and just barely saved the money for a mere expansion and just wanted to check if it was worth it or not. I didn't buy it when the first dlc came out since i don't plan on doing hard mode since people say it's "avoid fights" mode, and although the trial of the sword seems a good challenge, i don't think it's enogh content for a 20€ dlc. Pack 1 was pretty underwhelming to me. It's the beefier part of the expansion pass and I think any Zelda fan woudl enjoy it. That and if you buy Hitman 2016 you'll need to install and launch it for Hitman 2 to recognise that you should get the Legacy content. If you like stuff like the cave of ordeals and are cool with experimenting with the physics engine to overcome enemies at the same time, it is a very cool add on. These items are a cool little bonus, but they definitely aren’t a game changer. However, if the answer is no, ask yourself if you want to play the story DLC later this year. These 'combat trials' got me interested, and these armor mini quests too, I think I will get the expansion pass, but gotta check other comments first..The Trial of the Sword is basically a series of combat puzzles. The GOTY Legacy Pack is cheaper currently so you should get that rather than buying Hitman 2016 itself. You can' buy pack one by itself guys.. If you’re considering dropping $20 on The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild’s Expansion Pass, just the first pack alone is worth the price of admission. Your favorite teams, topics, and players all on your favorite mobile devices. This is to say nothing of the Travel Medallion or even the Hero’s Path mode, although it is pretty funny to watch your progress and hear Link’s screams every time you got him killed along the way. Then come the armor sets, which include a Korok finding mask, the ability to dress like Tingle, or even one of the Phantoms. It's $20 for it all. So, OP - I would wait for a Pack 2 reveal if I were you. Midna's helmet and Phantom Armor at least have some use if you're starting master mode in the beginning by giving good armor. I think so, it added many hours of gameplay for me. *Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price. But in the end it's just more of the same. Personally, I like the sound of that. So the game is great, my favorite Zelda by far w/ 2nd not even close, game is worth $60 and then some. When buying the Expansion Pass, don’t expect any extra special items along with the 2 DLC packs.
It makes playing the game less enjoyable with my super strong weapons and armor. It's 20$ for the expansion pass. Was fun to search for them though, as they are connected to these kinda mini quests.Solid 'maybe'. It’s pretty safe to say that yours truly was going to be among those who purchased The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild‘s DLC Expansion Pass. Throw in the Trials of the Sword for another few hours of gameplay, and the hunt for the armor pieces as another hour or so if not longer. If you’re considering dropping $20 on The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild’s Expansion Pass, just the first pack alone is worth the price of admission.
