3Dream, for freedom to make! I've been doing .45 lines with a .4 nozzle. An enclosure might be enough to make a heated bed unnecessary for normal PLA printing. ANYCUBIC. Also "use adaptive layers" (way down in the Experimental settings section) is pretty good. Home it again, re-check level and try printing again.I dont have a heated bed unfortunately. This is enough that the subplate is too small to even drill new mounting holes. Also, levelling is done by way of the large levelling wheels provided at the bottom of the print bed.The Anycubic Mega Zero comes with a Double Gear Extrusion Mechanism.

25.12.2018: Merry Xmas, rumba-adapter-plate.stl (with external mosfet-place-holder) added. I just received my mega zero and I'm having issues with it sticking to the bed. 30mm/sec usually works pretty good (first layer will be 50% speed by default). I should have upgraded lol.So update. It doesn't have a heated bed and now I wish I would have upgraded to one that did. $64.99 . Changed the speed to 60 and it seemed to work better. I do hope to figure out how to load new firmware that will read the thermistor of the heated bed and that I'm able to add in control but for the time being I'm using a PID controller and a thermocouple.I had the piece of aluminum that I used for the new subplate as well as the PID controller, thermocouple and power supply so all I'm out of pocket is the $23 for the Ultrabase bed and a MOSFET I bought hoping I'd be able to get control signal from the Mega Zero's mainboard but I'm going to have to learn about the firmware and hardware before I try to get that working.I'm sure someone familiar with the Marlin software that runs these printers could alter the firmware in minutes to do what I need done but I know nothing about it so I set it up with what I had on hand and what I knew how to use, not ideal at all but it does seem to be working. Its taken a few tries to get good prints without a heated bed. I have a heated bed, but often use tape with hairspray because I don't like to do petg on the ultrabase.Definitely leveling, pre-heat the bed first to your temp (about 50~60c) and then home the printer. However, Anycubic has gone slightly differently when it comes to the base.
