And it's one of the reasons why she didn't chose him. • Jessica felt blindsided when Barnett told her he wasn’t ready to propose to her. So we all know during the beginning of the show till the end, Jessica was complaining that Marc is 24 and she is 34. In regards to Amber, I think she is still just immature and not really “cultured” in this world so that’s why she sometimes rubs people the wrong way. I can’t get over the fact that he said “if there were no other girls I’d marry you” as a compliment. I don’t think he was trying to be cool or a player. I was shocked that Jessica took it as a compliment.

But you can tell these are ordinary people coming from different life circumstances: Jessica said she was recovering from a bad breakup and just kind of trying everything, Lauren is a content creator but seems more artsy than the average Instagirl, Kelly wanted to promote her pyramid scheme lol. It was something generic, but fit him. The result is that you don't get them creating drama for the camera's sake and displaying pre-determined personas, you get a lot of awkward people getting too drunk and not knowing how to act. She didn’t expect Barnett and Amber to work, but also never really vibed with … That isn’t my real daily life, it’s apart of what I like, and is certainly interesting, but you can’t talk about the exciting stuff forever.
